Dearadh discréideach, in uaithne agus gorm deatúil,atá bunaithe ar ealaíon cloiche ó Shí an Bhrú I gCo. na Mí. Ina thimpeall tá dán ón 9ú haois clóite sa tSean-Ghaeilge: -
' An ráth, taobh leis an doire:
ba le Bruadar e, ba le Cathal,
ba le Aedo, ba le Ailill,
ba le Connain, ba le Cuilín,
agus ba le Mael Dúin.
Ins an ráth chaith gach rí a ré.
Duine ar dhuine tá siad faoin gcré;
Ach maireann an ráth.
The fort beside the oak grove
was Bruadar's, was Cathal's
was Aedo's, was Ailill's
was Conan's, was Cuilin's
and it was Máel Dúins.
One by one, the kings sleep in the earth
and the fort still endures.'
Stone and markings from Sí an Bhrú (Newgrange), Co. Meath.
Ar an tosach amháin atá an cló.
